Hi, I'm Jeff.
I run Quallaa, an AI agency in Denver, Colorado. I help businesses turn what their people already know — the pricing in someone's head, the spreadsheet everyone trusts, the way the crew really does it — into a system the whole team can run.

How I got here
Along the way: Clarifai (an AI company), EchoStar, and the Peace Corps in Bulgaria. Since Clarifai I've spent years building AI systems that real teams use every working day.
What I've learned: there's no shortage of problems worth solving, and AI is a remarkably good tool for solving them — when the people using it understand what it's doing. So I work with a few businesses at a time, start by learning how each one really runs, and aim for a system your team is glad to use every day.
