1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Quallaa's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Quallaa provides marketing engineering services, including but not limited to:
- Custom marketing automation development
- SaaS tool replacement solutions
- Marketing technology consulting
- Custom CRM and analytics systems
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Timely feedback and approvals during project development
- Maintaining their own data backups
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to custom-developed solutions. Quallaa retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and knowledge gained through service delivery.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Quallaa's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranty.
7. Data Protection
We implement reasonable security measures to protect client data. Clients retain ownership of their data. See our Privacy Policy for detailed data handling practices.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not affect completed work or payment obligations for services already performed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
