Terms of Service

Last updated: June 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quallaa website and your engagement with Quallaa LLC ("Quallaa," "we," "us"). By using this site or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Do

Quallaa is an AI agency. We build custom AI-native systems for our clients and advise on how to use them well. This website is informational: it describes our work and lets you get in touch or book a call. Nothing on this site is an offer of a fixed product or a guarantee of a particular result.

2. Engagements

Client work is scoped per project and governed by a separate written engagement agreement between you and Quallaa. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, the engagement agreement controls. These Terms alone do not create any obligation for Quallaa to perform work.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Intellectual Property

The Quallaa name, logo, and the content of this website are owned by Quallaa. Ownership of work produced during a client engagement is set out in that engagement's agreement.

5. AI-Generated Content

The systems we build use AI, which can make mistakes. Any AI-assisted output — on this site or in a deliverable — should be reviewed by a person before it is relied upon. We design for human understanding and oversight, but we do not warrant that AI output is error-free.

6. Third-Party Services

Our work and this site rely on third-party providers (for example hosting, analytics, and AI model providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quallaa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for client work is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
