Long bio: Jeff Toffoli is the founder of Quallaa, a Denver-based AI practice delivering the trust layer for public-facing AI. A former Peace Corps volunteer and software engineer with a career spanning Clarifai (one of the original AI labs) and HPDC, Jeff founded Quallaa to address a problem that intensifies as AI spreads: the trust gap between a business and the AI that speaks to its customers. Quallaa is built in partnership with AI labs and a founder-led team, and shipped as one product — voice, text, email, web chat, booking, follow-up, screening, and escalation — with Quallaa itself shepherding every new customer through configuration before going live. Designed to meet the Colorado AI Act (effective June 2026). Quallaa is a member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network.
