A former Peace Corps volunteer and software engineer, Jeff founded Quallaa to help people make effective use of AI through improved understanding — building systems that center on the building industry, with public health and polling alongside.

Long bio: Jeff Toffoli is the founder of Quallaa, a Denver-based AI agency that builds custom AI-native systems — a website with AI in it, email that thinks, voice and SMS lines, a CRM with judgment, content that ships — for teams who need them and can't build them alone. A former Peace Corps volunteer and software engineer with a career spanning Clarifai (one of the original AI labs) and senior advisory work in the building-products industry, Jeff founded Quallaa around a simple conviction: capability is settled, and the binding constraint is whether a person understands what they're asking an AI to do. Quallaa's work centers on the building industry — design-build, construction, building products — with public health and polling alongside; everything is built in partnership, built to be understood, with the customer staying in control.
