Complete five free Anthropic Academy courses and earn your Claude certification. Some associates go on to paid engagements. Some are here for the credential. Both are welcome. No cost. The investment is your time.

What's Expected
Complete five Anthropic Academy courses — about 15 hours total, self-paced. Building with the Claude API is the biggest at ~8 hours. We provide open-source study materials with an AI tutor to help you learn.
Represent Quallaa professionally — you carry the name. Be accurate about what Quallaa is and your role in it.
Be open to opportunities — no minimum hours. If you're interested in paid engagements, let us know and you'll be first in line.
Drop into the weekly check-in when you can — Fridays at noon MT. Optional, casual, most associates have full-time jobs. Come when it works for you.
This is not employment. No salary, no equity, no guaranteed hours. You're affiliated with the practice — paid per-engagement at rates agreed before work begins.
