Associate Program
Quallaa is an AI agency that builds custom AI-native systems for teams who can't build them alone, and a member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network. Associates are the bench — the delivery capacity that lets the agency take on more than one person can deliver. They complete Anthropic Academy coursework, earn the Claude Certified Architect credential with the exam seat funded by Quallaa, and do real consulting work for real customers.

What's Expected
Complete four Anthropic Academy courses — about 15 hours total, self-paced. Building with the Claude API is the biggest at ~8 hours. We provide open-source study materials with an AI tutor to help you learn.
Represent Quallaa professionally — you carry the name. Be accurate about what Quallaa is and your role in it.
Be open to opportunities — no minimum hours. If you're interested in paid engagements, let us know and you'll be first in line.
Book a 1:1 with Jeff when you want to connect — quallaa.com/book/quallaa. No required cadence. Most associates have full-time jobs; check in when it works for you.
This is not employment. No salary, no equity, no guaranteed hours. You're affiliated with the practice — paid per-engagement at rates agreed before work begins.
