Model Context Protocol

Give your AI Quallaa.

Quallaa is an AI agency that builds custom AI-native systems for teams in the building industry and beyond. We build on the AI you already use — Claude, the Claude Agent SDK, the Model Context Protocol — so the systems we build are reachable from Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT, where you already work. New to MCP? This is a good first connection, and we'll walk you through it.

Quick: what is MCP?

MCP — Model Context Protocol — is the open standard that lets your AI talk to other tools. Your AI knows what you tell it in the chat. MCP is how it reaches into other things you trust: your files, your calendar, your other agents, and the system Quallaa builds for you.

If you haven't used MCP before, that's fine. Connecting takes about a minute, and the guide walks you through it — built to be understood, with you in control the whole way.

Two AIs, one picture

Your AI already knows your world. Now it can reach what we built.

Most AI you use is a copilot — yours, loaded with your context. The systems Quallaa builds run alongside it, doing the work on your behalf. MCP joins the two, so your AI can ask about or change what those systems are doing without losing the rest of the picture.

One system, many front doors.

MCP isn't a new channel. It's another way to reach the system that's already running — same agent, same memory, same rails.

Same agent

The agent inside your AI tool is the same one on your business number and web chat. One persona, one voice, one policy set.

Change a guardrail in Claude Desktop — every live conversation the system is having, everywhere, picks it up. You don't retell it.

Same trust layer

Every MCP call runs through the same scope, audit, and disclosure rules as the web and SMS surfaces. You stay in control; your AI doesn't get a backdoor.

What it looks like

Quallaa shows up as a tool your AI can reach for.

Ask anything about the system we built for you — “who's waiting on me?”, “resolve that refund one” — and your AI calls Quallaa directly. No copy, no paste, no context switch.

When you're unsure which tool fits, call talk_to_quallaa and describe the situation. Quallaa picks the right action, or asks a follow-up.

What's in the box

One conversation. Every panel.

Your AI reaches Quallaa two ways: ask Quallaa directly in plain English, or call any of the panels Quallaa uses itself. The panel surface is the same in Claude Desktop as it is inside /quallaa.

Talk

  • talk_to_quallaa

Open-ended. Same memory as web and SMS. Ask, request, escalate — or when you're not sure which panel to call.

Read

  • show_conversations_panel

    Recent customer threads.

  • show_escalations_panel

    What’s waiting for you.

  • show_contact_profile_panel

    What Quallaa learned about someone.

  • show_trust_status_panel

    Risk profile and live guardrails.

…and the other read-only panels your AI picks up automatically.

Change

  • show_instructions_panel

Edit policies, tone, guardrails, business info.

  • show_tools_panel

    Toggle capabilities on or off.

  • show_escalations_panel

    Resolve an item, optionally notify.

  • schedule_followup

    Queue a future follow-up.

Plus capability-authorization, channels, calendar, embed widget…
